Refund and Returns Policy

We take care in preparing every floral order and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains when refunds or replacements may be considered.

By placing an order with Gina Blumen (Pty) Ltd, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Nature of Products
Flowers and plants are perishable goods. Because of this, returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

2. When Refunds or Replacements Are Considered
Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The product arrived damaged
• The product was not delivered
• The product arrived in poor condition due to handling or preparation

3. Reporting an Issue
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To report a problem, please provide:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographic proof where possible

4. Assessment Process
Each claim is reviewed individually.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following:

• A replacement arrangement
• A partial refund
• A full refund

The decision will depend on the nature of the issue and stock availability.

5. Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

• The recipient was not available to receive the order
• An incorrect delivery address was supplied
• The customer changed their mind after preparation began
• Natural variations in flower colour, size, or type
• Damage caused after delivery
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

Because flowers are natural products, slight differences from website images are normal and do not qualify as faults.

6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if preparation has not yet started.
Once flowers have been prepared, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days.

8. Delivery Issues
If an order cannot be delivered due to:
• Incorrect address details
• Recipient unavailability

the order may be returned or disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
