Gina Blumen provides floral arrangements, plants, and related products for delivery within Gauteng. All products are subject to availability.
Because flowers are natural and seasonal, the final product may differ slightly from the images displayed on the website in terms of colour, flower type, or arrangement style. We aim to match designs as closely as possible.
3. Orders
Orders may be placed through the website or by contacting us directly.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary.
Once an order has been placed and paid for, it will be processed for preparation and delivery.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices include delivery where stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store or process card details on our own systems.
Orders will only be prepared once payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery
Delivery is currently available within Gauteng only.
Delivery timeframes are estimated as same day or next day, depending on order time and location.
While we aim to meet delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Incorrect address details
• Recipient unavailability
• Weather or traffic conditions
• Circumstances beyond our control
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Orders may be cancelled or amended only if production has not yet started.
Once flowers have been prepared, orders cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible using the details above.
8. Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, refunds are only considered in the following cases:
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product arrived damaged
• The product was not delivered
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence where possible.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
9. Substitutions
If certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with similar flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette of the arrangement.
